    Frequently Asked Questions

    WILL I EXPERIENCE ANY SENSITIVITY?

While sensitivity is rare, there is a “phase in “period whenever you introduce a new beauty product. Few users may experience mild irritation, dryness or redness when first using LiLash/LiBrow however, most sensitivity is found only with initial use. If you experience irritation, either reduce or discontinue the use of LiLash Often sensitivities can occur with the use of too much product per application. We recommend using the product 2-3 times a week for the first week. Then continue use of the product as directed. If severe irritation or redness occurs discontinue use of the product. We stand by our serums with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I STOP USING LILASH/LIBROW?

LiLash/LiBrow is a beauty cosmetic. Continued use is necessary to maintain results. If discontinued, your lashes will gradually return to their natural cycle before use. A one to two-week break is recommended between treatments to allow the hair follicles to rest and re-stagger their natural cycle.

CAN I USE LILASH/LIBROW WHILE I’M PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

Like many serums and cosmetics, LiLash/LiBrow has not been tested on pregnant breastfeeding women. Some conditioning serums state they are safe to use. We like to take a conservative approach, and although LiLash/LiBrow does not contain any harsh chemicals or hormones and only acts locally (at the lash   follicle ), we recommend that you consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

CAN I USE LILASH/LIBROW DURING CHEMOTHERAPY?

Many people turn to LiLash and LiBrow to help support and enhance their lashes and brows after treatment is finished.

    WILL LILASH/LIBROW WORK ON ALOPECIA?

LiLash/LiBrow was designed as a cosmetic for conditioning lashes and brows, unfortunately most types of alopecia won’t benefit from the formula.

CAN I HAVE COSMETIC TATTOOING IF I’M USING LILASH/LIBROW?

It is recommended to stop using LiLash/LiBrow 4 weeks before an appointment.  You can resume once the scaring has healed.

CAN I USE LILASH WHILST I HAVE LASH EXTENSIONS ON?

Yes. LiLash is the perfect complement to your lash extensions. LiLash helps fortify and strengthen the appearance of lashes, promoting healthier lashes and less natural breakage, This allows you to enjoy your lash extensions longer. If desired, eyelash extension wearers can also transition to using LiLash alone.

CAN I USE LILASH WITH CONTACT LENSES?

Yes LiLash has been deemed safe by optometrists. Be careful to not over-saturate the applicator brush, use as directed.

CAN I USE LILASH ON MY BROWS?

LILash is specifically formulated for eyelashes. LiBrow our complimentary serum, works best to enhance the fullness of your brows. LiBrow heps thicken and adds tint to create defined bold eyebrows.

WILL LILASH CHANGE MY EYE COLOUR?

No (This is a risk factor associated with the ingredient called Bimatroprost).

WHAT IS THE TINT USED IN LIBROW?

The LiBrow patented brow tint contains natural botanicals that gently darken your brows by enhancing the pigment of your natural colour by one to two shades darker.

WILL LIBROW WORK IF I HAVE A SCAR?

A thorough consultation with your therapist will be the best course of action. If no follicles are not present, Librow will have very little effect.

CAN I USE LIBROW ON MY EYELASHES?

LiBrow was specifically formulated to enhance your natural eyebrows. The formula is stronger to penetrate the thicker layer of the skin, and would be too intense for the delicate and sensitive tissue on the eyelid
